LPM GROUP today is a reality with decades of experience in the “nonferrous” foundry low pressure die and gravity, casting machines, tool-making business, foundry automation equipment and sena reclamation.

Our low pressure and gravity casting machines (provided with the most updated technologies as automation, twin chamber furnaces and continues casting process) are designed to cast a variety of castings as wheels, cylinder heads, control arms, bedplates, etc., and conceived to minimize both cycle time and scrap rate with an increased reliability.

The corporate strategy is to support our Customer’s high volume casting production facilities with full services designing and engineering production tooling and equipment.

The LPM Group includes:
• UNIMOLDS, the die manufacturing Company member of LPM Group, is composed by highly qualified Engineers and Workers and state of the art manufacturing technology which are the basis of its strength, mainly based on the experience achieved by each of our 65 employees in the manufacturing of tooling for the highly competitive OEM automotive industry, that requires best practice and the overall knowledge not only of the tool, but of the complete process and project. Unimolds is qualified to provide tooling for low pressure and gravity casting and core boxes for castings with single or multiple injection, with air or water cooling systems media, tool temperature control with electric heating systems or gas burners, availing itself of a vast range of hardware and software packages, and, in addition to the conventional equipment, machining media including high speed multi axis milling machines and coordinate measuring machine.
• GFS GRAVITY, located at Chivasso (TO), specialized in design and manufacturing of equipment and automatic cells for gravity castings (automotive sector) which has, in its production range, de-coring equipment too, thanks to several years of experience in foundry world;
• FATA ALUMINUM, a well-known “world class” leader for more than 60 years, in the design, manufacturing and installation of automated casting equipment and sand reclamation plants. • CORAM, in the years has developed a range of machines, including holding furnaces, melting furnaces, degassing and metallurgical treatments plants, and many others that after decades of experience made on the field can boast of having achieved the goal, which is to ensure all those who are the metallurgical aspects at the lowest cost of ownership, management and maintenance.
LPM Group is also capable to supply full turnkey packages combining machines, tooling and process technology and, in the years, this possibility has become another specialty that LPM can put at the Customers disposal, thanks to its own Foundry Laboratory fully equipped to develop any kind of castings.
