Immediately after the incorporation within the planet of Engitec Technologies S.p.A. , GMS Product Line has been contracted by the Chinese Multinational Company ZHEJIANG HAILIANG, for the supply of one, latest state of the art Horizontal Continuous Casting plant (HCC) for the production of about 84.000 t/y of high quality copper tubes, including induction casting furnace equipped with high performance cooler block, withdrawal machine and all ancillary equipment for a complete automatic control of the process.

The supply will be completed with the onsite advisory service pertaining to cold and hot commissioning up to the Performances Guarantee Tests.

ZHEJIANG HAILIANG Co., Ltd., is one of the world’s largest copper alloy tube manufacturing enterprises, and China’s largest exporter of copper tubing, with 20 production bases in Asia, America and Europe.

Considering also the heritage of Calamari, from 1990 till to date GMS Product Line (part of the Engitec Technologies) has totalized more than 640 plants with several repetition of POs by prominent manufacturer.
