Sogemi has been designing and producing for over 50 years machines and systems for the foundries in No-Bake.

The production, setting out to improve processes and technologies, is concentrated as follows:

• MOLDING IN CHEMICALLY BONDED SAND “NO-BAKE”: Sogemi manufactures machines and plants for NO BAKE MOLDING such as Mixers, Molding Loop, Mold handling, Manipulators, Pouring&Cooling lines;

• SAND RECLAMATION:

1. Mechanical Sand reclamation plants for “NO-Bake” equipment such as Shake-out systems and Mechanical Sand Reclamation along with Cooler Classifier equipment.
2. Thermal Regeneration sand plant to regenerate NO-BAKE sand and cores as Cold Box;
3. Sodium silicate Reclamation sand plant, to reclaim sand bonded with Sodium Silicate and Ester;
4. Chromite Separator to separate Chromite sand from Silica sand;
5. Green sand Thermomechanical sand reclamation, to reclaim Green sand mixed with Core’s sand to produce new cores.

• ROTARY MELTING FURNACES FOR CAST IRON using energy with low rate of pollution thanks to the combustion of oxygen and natural gas.
