TECNOPRES, based in Chieri (Turin – Italy), has been in the business for over 65 years (since 1955), and designs, manufactures and sells hydraulic TRIM PRESSES.

In the TRIM PRESSES sector, Tecnopres is present in the European, Asiatic and North American market, being one of the few companies specialized in such sector, and having a large number of customers and a worldwide presence of Representatives.

Tecnopres is the largest and the oldest European company of TRIM PRESSES.
Tecnopres design, machine, assembly everything (software included) in house, therefore 100% of know is internal. It belongs and is managed by same family since the ’70, which means that there is a direct, skilled relationship between management, customer and production.
Product quality, reliability of installed components are a normal feature of Tecnopres production: the large number of produced presses and several years of market presence are a guarantee of that.

The KZP type TRIM PRESSES are designed to trim die-casted parts. Models up to 200 tons are used for structural parts.

All machines can be provided with anything necessary for a safe, functional and productive manufacturing process, such as unloading devices, side cylinders controls and other tools, ejectors, adjustment devices, removable column, encoder or magneto-strictive transducer-driven stroke control, sliding table, etc.

All machines are CE certified and, as normal, upon customer request, features and dimensions may change to satisfy the final purpose.
